Clifford has also undertaken several Leadership, Mentoring and Counseling roles. He has been working with young people for several years now.

Simon Hall has been working with young people in the UK since 1990. He is currently head of Education and Training for Oasis UK, which includes running a professionally endorsed BA in Youth Work and Ministry. He is also Minister of revive, a Baptist church in the city of Leeds which reaches out to young adults. He has written a number of books on young people, worship and church planting, and has lectured in Europe, the US and India. He is married to Anna, a TV producer, and together they have three children: Rachel, Jonny and Maia.
Rajshekar Moorthy, the director of Fishermen Trust, is currently based in Bangalore, India. He has completed B.Th and B A. Hon’s in Youth Work and Youth Ministry from U.K, which includes research into theories, concepts and best practices in youth work and its role in meeting the needs of communities in India, UK and possibly world over. Raj’s experiences in working and studying in both cultures has allowed him to draw from a wealth of exposure in hands-on youth work. Raj has had a number of years of experience in active youth work, both personally and professionally. He has worked in both, a Church, as well as community-based setting in India and UK. 
Bob Moffett is a true legend and a tycoon in the Christian leadership training world, he comes with an amazing experience of 23 years with Youth For Christ International , six years with YFC World Leadership Team - 3100 staff in 80 countries, Involved in youth ministry in 4 continents. Interested in cross-cultural and globalisation issues. Enjoys teaching the Bible, Communication and leadership.

His interests are in the contemporary ever changing urban culture, Music, Media & Creative arts. He is passionate about young people and is a Musician for Missions. Paul comes with a wide range of experience working with youth, teens and church development ministries like YWAM, YFC, SU, IICM in INDIA and in the USA. His vision is to see every young person in every nation to be model citizens of the nation, encouraging them to think and by allowing them to express themselves as followers of Christ in all kinds of art form. Paul is married to Anita and they have a wonderful 1 year old son, Paul Jr.
